Successfully completing all courses available in the program (equivalent to a total of 240 ECTS) and having a weighted GPA of at least 2.00 out of 4.00 are the qualification requirements for graduation. Midwifery students who become graduates must complete the graduation criteria determined by the Council of Higher Education.
Graduation criteria for midwives determined by the Council of Higher Education:
At least 100 prenatal examinations.
Follow-up of at least 40 pregnancies.
40 normal spontaneous births.
Assistance with 1 or 2 breech births.
Follow-up of 40 high-risk pregnant women.
Maternal follow-up after 40 births.
40 newborn follow-ups
20 risky newborn monitoring
